This policy applies to HearThai Academy, operated by HearGlobal LLC (1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA).
Every account can explore HearThai Academy for free, with no payment card required. When you're ready to keep everything, unlocking lifetime access is a one-time ฿3,999 payment. There is no automatic charge — you are only charged if you deliberately choose to purchase.
If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked. Open Account → Request a refund and it is processed automatically to your original payment method; there is no form to fill in and no email required. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Since no card is on file until you choose to purchase, there is nothing to cancel beforehand — simply stop using the app. For any billing question after a purchase, email contact@hearglobal.org from your account email.
We comply with all applicable consumer-protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have in your country, and where the law of your country grants you a longer or additional right to withdraw or cancel, that right applies.
